This term we have been busy finishing our calendar art. Each year at our school we do a piece of art that can go on calendars, diaries or cards. Our parents can then buy these for gifts, if they choose. This year our class did our calendar art around the theme Zentangle.
First we looked at different Zentangle patterns and then we practised drawing these patterns in our art book, before doing our good copy.

Louis, I really like how you used bright colours and patterns that made the page pop. Because of this the artwork looks like a masterpiece. I wish I was as good as you!

WOW, AMAZING Louis, I like the shape, and also the colours you used to colour the hair. My favorite pattern is the stick man one. Once again it look's amazing, and I hope I could draw as good as you.
